While I am all for the whizzes at Google opening up the field of legal research with its amazing free service, I hate to see other options, like AltLaw shut down. I have used them too, and have linked to them as a free resource. Ah well. Such is the juggernaut that is Google. Hopefully, the consumer will remain the winner when the dust settles.

I see today that the 1st Circuit reversed this ruling and decided there is an implied contract for the buyer to make reasonable efforts to promote the technology.
